What to include
For calculator corrections, please include the page URL, the numbers you entered, the result QuickCalc showed, the result you expected and the source you used to check it. For new calculator ideas, tell us who the calculator is for, what inputs a visitor would know, what output they need and whether the calculation depends on a South African law, tariff, tax table or published rate.
Response times
We aim to respond to every email within two working days. Corrections to calculators are prioritised: if you report a maths error or an out-of-date statutory figure (VAT, transfer duty, prime rate) with a source, we push a fix as soon as it is verified — usually within 24 hours.
Partnerships and press
QuickCalc is independently owned and operated. We do not run sponsored content in calculator explanations or FAQs. If you are a South African publisher, educator or financial-services company interested in embedding a calculator or partnering on content, email partnerships@quickcalc.co.za.
Editorial independence
We welcome corrections from banks, accountants, property professionals, utilities and readers, but QuickCalc's calculator explanations and guides remain editorially independent. We do not add promotional claims to calculator pages, and we separate advertising from the educational content that explains each result.

QuickCalc is an online-only service and we do not maintain a walk-in office. For legal notices or PAIA requests, please use legal@quickcalc.co.za and we will respond with the appropriate address for service.
